All the products are provided with a 24 months warranty in the event of not compliant products, according to Legislative Decree n. 24/02. In case the damage should not be covered by warranty, any repayment cost will be charged to the Buyer, together with any freight charges if covered by BAMER SRL.

The 24 months warranty provided by the Legislative Decree n. 24/02 is with regards to conformity defects, assumed that the items have been used correctly. This warranty is granted to any private consumer. In case of conformity defects, Bamer srl will fix the Products free of charge for the Buyer, until the end of the Contract's period. In case the fault should prove not to be a conformity defect, the Buyer will be charged with any reparation and delivery costs incurred by Bamer srl.

In case of DOA (Dead On Arrival), the replacement terms and conditions are based on the manufacturers' policy. In case of unavailability of the products for replacement, Bamer srl will be entitled either to refund the Buyer of the amount paid or to deliver him an alternative product with either the same or higher features. Seller shall not be liable for any late repairement. In case of replacement, the Products are returned to the Seller at Buyer's cost. The Goods will be returned in their original packaging. We suggest not putting any labels on the original package.
